Varese Itinerari di Gusto is the food and wine festival that celebrates the city and its territory through dishes, cocktails, desserts and creations born from the passion of local restaurateurs, bartenders, ice cream parlors and pastry shops.
An invitation to discover the excellence of Varese , among typical products, suggestive locations and collaborations between realities of taste and craftsmanship.
A widespread event that involves the city center and all those who make Varese… a place to live, savor and talk about .
WHO WE ARE
Varese Itinerari di Gusto is a review promoted by the Municipality of Varese, with the support of the Urban District of Commerce and the active collaboration of Confcommercio Varese, Confesercenti Varese and Slow Food Varese.
A project designed to enhance the local food and wine supply chain and support a culture of food that is aware, sustainable and deeply linked to the territory.
Restaurateurs, bartenders, pastry chefs, ice cream makers and taste shops become the protagonists of a collective story made of flavors, stories and Varese identity.
